Responsible handling of current financial accounting Examination, settlement and booking of invoices Creation of our customer invoices based on the transmitted monthly hours Preparation of monthly wage and salary billing in close cooperation with our external billing service provider Maintenance and control of pay-related master data and compilation of all accounting documents Takeover and Responsibility of Mahnhood Responsibility for payment transactions, including auditing and approval of invoices and documents, and control of payment transactions Contact person for wage tax, social insurance and tariff-relevant questions Application and consideration of collective agreements Active participation in the automation and digitization of accounting processes

Completed commercial training, ideally with a further education to / to finance or paybook holders Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting Experience in preparing wage and salary accounting Good knowledge of how to deal with collective agreements Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Team skills, communication strength and a high sense of responsibility complete your profile
