Engineer for Renovation Projects Fire Protection / Safety Technology (m/f/d)

You plan, coordinate and control refurbishment projects with a focus on fire protection and safety technology within the disposal plants. You develop economic and technically feasible refurbishment solutions and accompany their implementation, taking into account legal and operational requirements. You coordinate internal and external interfaces, including experts and external executives. In addition, you agree to the refurbishment measures closely with the operating lines of the subcontracting facilities and ensure smooth integration of the measures into the ongoing operation. You prepare planning, approval, tendering and documentation documents and contribute to the technical development of demanding renovation projects. You accompany public procurement procedures, create performance descriptions and performance directories and take over the technical evaluation of incoming offers. As part of the work permit procedure, you coordinate workflows, monitor compliance with safety-relevant requirements and control the use of foreign companies.

You have a master's degree in a technical field, mechanical engineering, process engineering or chemical engineering, as an alternative, you can demonstrate comparable knowledge in the described field of work with the further training to the technician/master (m/w/d) and several years of professional experience. You have been able to demonstrate your sound knowledge in the planning, coordination or implementation of renovation projects for several years. Ideally, you have knowledge of fire protection and safety technology. You bring experience in managing complex projects with numerous internal and external stakeholders and understand how to coordinate different interests in a targeted manner. At best, you have knowledge in the preparation and technical assistance of public procurement procedures and in the preparation of performance descriptions. You fulfil the occupational health requirements for activities in radiation protection areas and activities under breathing protection. You have German knowledge at least on C1 level and convince with a very good oral and written expressability.

On a full-time basis, this currently results in an estimated gross annual fee of between EUR 62,846 and EUR 87,585. This amount includes 12 monthly tariff fees and the annual tariff and the monthly tariff fee. The specific allocation of the grouping takes place according to the relevant tariff requirements.
