Tax consultant in 4-day week in a fully digitized law firm (m/f/d)

In the course of the ongoing growth and the increasing technical complexity of the mandates, the team is specifically expanded by a tax advisor (m/w/d). The aim of the newly created position is to further strengthen the tax design consultancy, to permanently secure the professional quality and to support the firm owner in the daily business at an eye-level – in a clearly defined, long-term role. In your role, you take a central professional responsibility within the firm. You bring your experience where it offers the greatest added value: in complex accounts, fiscal design issues and professional quality assurance. The focus is consciously on the content of excellence and professional austerity – not on disciplinary leadership or entrepreneurial development. In addition to the creation and professional control of annual accounts and tax returns, you accompany challenging design cases and support the team in complex issues. As a business owner's Sparring partner, you will participate in professional decisions and at the same time ensure that the cases created by the team of tax experts comply with the high quality requirements of the firm.

Auditing and technical control of annual accounts (in particular GmbHs, Holding Structures and Individual Companies) Technical support and feedback for colleagues Preparation of demanding design cases, e.g.:Conversions of individual companies in GmbHs Structure of holding models Current tax consulting inheritance and donation tax with company reference
