Conduct cost and performance calculations: You determine relevant key figures for controlling and prepare them. Create actual analytics: You check whether targets have been achieved and show where to follow. Adopting nursing sessions: You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of the nursing kit negotiations with the negotiating partners. Support our facilities: You take over the business and strategic advice of the department as well as the facilities Participation in the financial statements: You support the creation of the financial statements. Participation in risk management: You support the identification, assessment and monitoring of business risks and the development of appropriate risk mitigation measures. Working together to build and further develop the ESG controller: You integrate ecological, social and governance aspects into controlling, prepare ESG key figures and support sustainable corporate governance.

You have a degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on controlling / accounting, or you have a comparable training. You have ideally already experience in the field of SGB XI, SGB XII, SGB V and the financing of care professions You have a number affinity and a pronounced analytical mindset.
