You have the overall responsibility for the management and organisation of our facility in Gasteiner Straße as well as the coordination of the associated teams You are responsible for overarching service and personnel planning as well as technical quality assurance in close cooperation with the team management, the specialist service and the department management You support the team leadership in implementing and developing the pedagogical concepts and participation planning You are a contact person for employees, residents, relatives and external cooperation partners You coordinate cooperation between the individual areas and ensure a smooth operation in the house You conduct regular meetings with the team leaders and accompany their professional and personal development You are responsible for the quality development and further development of our facility in Gasteiner Strasse You plan and conduct annual employee talks and support staff development You actively shape our diaconic work

You have completed training or studies in the social, educational or therapeutic field or a comparable qualification You have experience in working with people with mental illnesses You have ideally already leadership experience and joy in leading and developing employees You will be happy to take responsibility for the organisational and technical processes of the institution You coordinate employees, service planning and the daily processes reliably and structured You are an esteemed and reliable representative for employees, clients, relatives and external cooperation partners You are interested in personnel development, quality assurance and the conceptual development of the institution You work independently, structured, responsible and solution-oriented You have the pleasure of taking responsibility, introducing new ideas and actively shaping the institution
