You will learn the internal management processes and business processes of our specialist departments and subsidiaries. The duration of your training is usually 2.5 years. If you have the right commitment, we will be happy to help you shorten the training for 2 years. The vocational school takes place on 1 - 2 days a week. We know that a school day can be exhausting. Therefore, the rest of the day after school is work-free for you. In addition to the vocational school, we also offer internal teaching for optimal exam preparation. With successfully completed training, we will gladly take you. Your success is important to us, we support your career with the opportunity to take on a professional course (after training) funded by us.

You have a school degree (e.g. real school, general (special) higher education). You have good knowledge of German in word and writing. You like to learn and do your tasks carefully. You like to work in the team and go open to your fellow human beings. You are familiar with Microsoft Office.
