Don't cook a bock on coffee? - Our azubis are not baristas, but take over important commercial tasks. Within the training our trainees get to know all important operational processes and departments, become members of the team and acquire all commercial and organizational knowledge.

To the laptop, ready, go! - In the first year of teaching, you will get to know our operational processes as well as the various departments at ENGIE. You will also learn how modern office and business processes are organised and how the teams work together in their daily tasks.

Teamwork is our first priority! - From the start, you are part of our team and supports exciting tasks and projects. In exchange with colleagues, departments and customers, you will learn how professional communication works in everyday work.

• With increasing experience you take more and more responsibility. You create invoices, respond to customer requests and support organizational tasks and help ensure that our processes work smoothly. At the end of your training, you can already process many office and business processes independently.
