Support and management of the Windows client environment (Windows 10 / 11) Modern endpoint management for Windows, Android and iOS terminals Administration via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, MECM / SCCM) and BlackBerry UEM Control of device delivery, enrollment and lifecycle processes Implementation of security and compliance requirements (e.g. Conditional Access, Remote Wipe) Distribution of software and updates including license and patch management Management of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Processing of 2nd-level tickets and technical user support Participation in problem and change management as well as in the creation of reports Monitoring, reporting and documentation of the end device environment Support for rollouts, migration and IT automation projects

Successfully completed IT vocational training or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the administration of Windows clients (Windows 10 / 11) Knowledge in Modern Endpoint Management, ideally with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune and MECM / SCCM) or BlackBerry UEM Safe handling of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Group Guides (GPOs) Practice in 2nd level support as well as in ITSM processes such as problem and change management Experience in patch management, software deployment and license management Confidence with monitoring, reporting and documentation of IT systems Basic knowledge of SQL queries are advantageous
