Working Student Transformation & Innovation – AI (m/f/d)

Participation & Configuration You support the implementation of innovation and transformation projects, such as the introduction of new tools or change initiatives in the company Together with the team, you work on strategies and concepts such as digital development or cultural change You are researching current topics such as digitalization, new work, sustainability or artificial intelligence and bringing fresh impulses Benchmarking helps you track and classify trends and best practices Communication and change You help to make changes visible and understandable, for example with articles for the intranet, short newsletters or appealing visuals In change campaigns you get creative - for example through storytelling, presentations or communication materials You develop training documents or accompany surveys to get feedback and votes from the company Space for ideas You organize or support in performing ideas workshops and design-thinking sessions You can also contribute to the development of prototypes (PoCs, MVPs), with a fresh look or feedback from users:inside perspective You accompany users:internal consultations and help to make new solutions truly practical Structure & Overview You support in the project organization, by maintaining project plans (in Jira, Confluence or Excel), schedules or To-Do lists Also in meetings you will be there, take logs or prepare content for next steps You bring order into complex topics - and help the team to keep track

First experiences with MS Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel with Pivot functions) Ideally you know tools like Jira, Confluence or Miro Interest in project management, digital tools and modern working methods Curiosity for agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, OKR) and desire to try something new Perhaps even first contact points with data analysis or visualization (e.g. Power BI) Knowledge about AI-based assistance systems or agents (e.g. copilot agents, long flow or similar tools) are desirable - but no need Joy of teamwork and a positive, open communication A sense of language, people and change independent, structured work and a good sense of time Readiness and desire to work on new topics Courage to ask questions, introduce ideas – and try things out
