As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. We create the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing and expanding the high-voltage network according to needs. With our network, we not only make the country an innovative power turntable in the heart of Europe, but also make the energy system of the future significant. The area of plant operation is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the 380- and 220-kilovolt network for substations and free lines in the area. In addition, it carries out the quality control for commissioned construction measures in the network. The aim of the plant operation is a fault-free and accident-free operation with high plant availability. You coordinate the technical training in the plant operation of the TransnetBW and are thus the first point of contact for all participants (e.g. trainees, trainees and our staff). As the main technical representative for the training workshops of the partner training company in the Baden-Württemberg area, you control the technical training content and continuously develop the quality of our training. In addition, you are responsible for the training staff planning and agree with the partner training company and the individual training workshops. With the trainees, you regularly conduct development talks and technical electrical engineering trainings. Not least, you will not only support us in selection processes and in recruiting, but also represent the TransnetBW in your area of responsibility.

You have completed training in electrical engineering (e.g. for electrical technicians) and have master training as well as several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring knowledge of electrical engineering (high voltage systems or secondary technology) and the professional support of employees. You are loyal, communicative and convincing as well as a model for your trainees – especially in the field of occupational safety. You are characterised by a proactive and structured way of working, organisational skills and self-initiative, and have knowledge of German in a manner that is secure for negotiation. You are spatially flexible, have a class B (or BE) driving licence and bring a high readiness to travel to the Baden-Württemberg area.
