Acquisition of classic operational purchasing activities such as: triggering of orders, monitoring of order confirmations, audits, ordering of suppliers in case of delivery date deviations, processing of complaints etc. Active supplier management within your own supplier master files Self-retrieval of offers, listing of offer comparisons, testing of savings potentials and processing of administrative tasks Takeover of the operational communication interface between internal departments and suppliers Ensuring the required quality (costs, dates, service) and contribution to the continuous improvement of efficiency & performance of the department

Completed commercial training Multiannual professional practice in purchasing or materials management Convinced appearance Good social, negotiation and decision-making skills Embossed time management, high organisational skills Good IT skills (office applications, goods management system, SAP, etc.)
