The MNPS team (MAN production system) is driving the continuous improvement of our production processes and supporting the Munich plant in implementing Lean principles. With the help of standards, methods and training, the efficiency, quality and stability in production will be sustained. Together with the departments, we also work on transformation projects to continuously improve production.

You can look forward to Support in the development of digital applications and tools within the MAN production system Support in the optimization and stabilization of digital KPI overviews Participation in the design and development of a digital shopfloor management board for the daily performance dialogues Working in various digitization and improvement initiatives Exchange with specialist areas to accommodate requirements and support in the preparation of results and presentations
