For a highly interesting area of industrial construction, we are looking for an experienced, team- and customer-oriented project manager (m/w/d) at the Freiburg location in Breisgau. Total responsibility for parallel, complex construction projects and main contact partners of customers Technical and commercial execution of the projects from the creation and development of the offers, including costing, order processing and monitoring of all phases of construction, to the successful final acceptance and realization of the expected project results Support and technical advice of existing customers and continuous expansion of customer relationships Guided tour of the specialist building manager or Building director of the Obermonteur Strategic development of the business unit in close cooperation with the branch manager and managing director

Study of civil engineering or architecture / training as a construction technician or comparable training Multiannual expertise as project manager or building manager with direct customer contact Secure appearance, sovereign communication, negotiation skills and high customer orientation Engaged, independent and targeted working and fun on team work Knowledge of AVA software and MS Office
