Management and Responsibility: Discipline and professional management of the group “Clearingstelle”, with approximately 18 employees, in the context of energy-economic processes from a perspective supplier and network operator, in particular on the topics EDIFACT-based market communication, supplier change, network billing, measuring point operation and feeding processes. Control and organisational development: ensuring the quantitative and qualitative service provision, including the organisational and strategic design of the group and the further development of the employees. Communication and interfaces: Close cooperation with internal departments as well as clients and service providers including service provider control. Cost awareness and contracts: co-responsibility in the planning and compliance of the cost budgets and the content and commercial design of the services or projects provided. Projects and further development: Management of (partial) projects, based on external requirements or implementing identified optimization potentials, with a view to continuous development of the responsible processes for effective and efficient service delivery. Compliance and Security: Co-responsibility for compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements within the group.

completed technical/university studies (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in the field of business management or a comparable qualification with regard to the area of responsibility; multiannual professional experience in the energy industry, at best in the field of responsibility, and multiannual leadership responsibility; well-founded knowledge in the energy business processes, in particular the EDIFACT-based market communication for supplier exchange and network accounting; safe handling of regulatory requirements and requirements (e.g. EnWG, GPKE, GeLi Gas, StromGVVV, GasGVV and EDIFACT message formats), experience in managing (partial) projects, ideally in the energy or SAP environment, desirable, understanding of IT-based processes and energy accounting systems, ideally based on SAP, very good knowledge in dealing with Microsoft Office applications (excel).
