Tasks

• Exam: They examine legal issues in the field of occupational pensions as well as adjacent legal areas and develop solutions based on their own responsibility taking into account the current legal situation, jurisdiction and legal literature.
• Analysis: They analyse new requirements from legislation and regulatory and derive pragmatic recommendations.
• Design: You are responsible for the design and quality assurance of transparent and legally secure processes and documents.
• Project cooperation: Your legal expertise flows into diverse projects, such as product and digitalization projects and marketing campaigns.
• Interface: As an interface to various partner departments, you take responsibility for a wide range of tasks.
• Support: They support management in legal issues relating to occupational pensions, including through the creation of decision-making templates.

Expectations (m/w/d): You have a degree in law and are a full lawyer (m/w/d).

• Knowledge: Ideally, you are already bringing knowledge and practical experience in the field of life insurance, especially in the right of occupational retirement. However, your willingness and motivation to work on this subject is crucial.
