Your challenge to us

• Cooking according to solid recipes in our production kitchen as well as professional management of the team

• Production completion after pre-loaded production plan

• Motivating employee management and service design

• Monitor and control the process processes taking into account hygiene and safety regulations

• Creation of new recipes by customer request

• Documentation of checklists etc.

Your production facility is in Bochum.

To convince us

• Completed training as cook | cook or comparable qualification

• Experience in quality management as well as care gastronomy

• First leadership experience

• High sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety

• Self-working, communication strength and team spirit

• Work in the 2 layer system: from 06:00 to 14:30 or from 13:00 to 21:30
