Determination, preparation and analysis of personal economic indicators Data acquisition and processing predominantly via SAP HCM Determination of personal provisions and data processing for the preparation of the actuarial reports (representation according to HGB and IFRS) Contact person for insurance mathematics and external auditors Preparation and implementation of personnel selection procedures Creation of various ad hoc evaluations via SAP Query for specialist areas as well as answering external requests (e.g. from IT.NRW or staff stand surveys)

Complete Bachelor Program (preferably BWL, Personal Management, Controlling or A.) Funded SAP HCM experience, in particular for master data, time management and evaluation Very good knowledge in handling SAP Query for creating own evaluations Practical experience with personal economic indicators and their interpretation Basic understanding of provisions and ideally already practical experience in their calculation Very good Excel identifiers, especially when handling large amounts of data Experience in the creation and processing of data for HGB and IFRS financial statements in the field of personnel provisions
