1. Worker Pipe Production (m/f/d)

Operational planning, control and continuous optimization of technical and organizational processes in pipe production to ensure quality, cost, productivity and delivery dates Responsibility for compliance and further development of occupational safety and health rules in the associated area Preparation and coordination of order processing including Time-, cost- and quality control as well as full and result checks with immediate initiation of countermeasures in case of deviations Review of qualified personnel qualifications, operational deployment planning of workers and management of the daily shop-floor round Coordination with the master, interface teams and external suppliers as well as ensuring maintenance and maintenance cycles of all equipment Determination and organisation of skills and training needs for the team

Completed vocational training as a pipe / shipbuilder in (pipe/plant construction) or comparable qualification Safe handling of technical drawings and sound knowledge in SAP and CAD systems Multiannual experience in the operation of pipe bending and machining machines and in the processing of CuNi‐ or CrNi materials Basic knowledge in creating and evaluating hazard and risk analyses Embossed team and communication skills, solution-oriented working and enforcement and organisational strength Ideally, first experience in professional team management and a strong interest in personal and professional development Hands‐on mentality, independent working and the ability to actively shape change and optimization processes
