As the head of our HR & Pedagogy area, you are the central contact person for the personal and structural development in the field of daycare facilities. They advise, organize, develop further - with the aim of making our kitas sustainable and attractive. They are actively involved: from the selection of qualified professionals to the precise fitting of our teams. You develop structures further: in dialogue with the kita lines you recognize needs and implement innovative concepts. You keep an overview: With a view to budget and resources, you create sustainable solutions - even with changing requirements. They think ahead: with creative recruiting strategies, an open ear for new impulses and a team spirit that welcomes changes.
