Our Tax Team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU!

Current analysis of corporate structures and processes (business models, value chains, functions and risks) with a view to developments at global and local level Advising the operating areas in billing pricing and fulfilling statutory documentation obligations (including workshops) Working with the implementation of billing price systems for new business units of the Uniper Group Support in the production of the consolidated settlement price documentation Support in explaining billing prices in tax audits and accompanying international arbitration and understanding procedures Establishment and implementation of settlement price strategies and policies Coordination and implementation of tax compliance tasks in the area of billing prices Accompanying digitalization projects in the area of billing prices

Successfully completed studies of law or economics; Diploma financial institution or equivalent international degree Successfully completed tax consultant exams desirable Professional experience focusing on transfer pricing within an industrial company, an audit or tax consultancy company or in the senior management service German and English knowledge in word and writing, good computer skills, SAP knowledge desirable High self-initiative, targeted work, safe occurrence and analytical thinking Openness to new challenges, especially in the context of digital transformation Joy of cooperation across divisions and borders Good communicator and team player High enforcement capacity
