Projektmanager (m/w/d) in Germany Karlsruhe Take over these challenges • Professional, disciplinary and strategic leadership of 4 teams with around 40 employees • Management, motivation and individual development of team members as well as resource and capacity planning • Economic responsibility for sales, earnings and budget of the entire department including regular reporting to the management • Ensuring economic project execution: time, cost and quality objectives consistently in view • Strategic development of the business areas Transport surveys, composite consulting and data management • Identification and development of new market potentials and business opportunities in the mobility and transport market • Acquisition of new customers and projects as well as care and development of existing customer relationships • participation in tenders and award procedures; Offer creation and negotiation • Representation of the company with customers, associations, authorities, specialist bodies and events • Responsibility for complex passenger, transport and infrastructure surveys and ensuring high data quality • Consultation of transport associations and responsibilities for collective bargaining, division of income and collective organisation • Building and developing data-based customer solutions, analysis platforms and advanced data models • Promotion of business intelligence, dashboard and AI-based applications including Large language models • Promoting digitalisation and innovation in the mobility and transport industry • Promoting knowledge transfer and cooperation with national and international partners
