You can see that we are making the world safer: you are responsible for the order line of customer orders incl. Contract and standardised audit and risk assessment. You make sure that the service times of our operative employees are accurately booked and thereby ensure the correct order accounting and billing. You keep our success through regular order controlling and professional follow-up management. Through your solution-oriented way, you clarify complaints and support our central receivable management in cleaning up due claims.

You have a completed commercial training as well as a well-founded knowledge in commercial order processing/ Contract review/ risk assessment paired with interest and good understanding of technical relationships Professional experience in order control, complaint management desirable, as well as contact points for quality management instructions in the context of the order installation and reprocessing as well as basic knowledge of the current customer and market requirements You are customer- and service-oriented, has a professional communication strength in customer contact and places high value on good service orientation Good PC knowledge (MS Office, SAP/HANA desirable), reliable knowledge of German and basic English skills
