Discipline and professional leadership of a mixed team of operative and strategic buyers at the Bremen and Wedel sites Further development of the supplier base and strengthening the supply chain to achieve the set growth targets in the segment Responsibility for securing material availability in the segment, taking into account dates, costs and quality as well as close coordination with internal interface partners (including production, development, quality) and group-wide purchasing organisation Development of the department with regard to process transformation (small series production, automation) and introduction of AI-based tools Supporting employees in their professional and personal development and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and regulations

Completed studies in the field of economics, (economic)engineering or comparable qualification Long-standing professional experience in purchasing and multi-year management experience in purchasing Funded knowledge in operational and strategic purchasing as well as many years of experience in supplier management and in building robust supply chains Outstanding leadership and communication skills as well as experience from different negotiating situations, including monopolyists High levels of service, enforcement and decision-making, and the ability to motivate and develop teams
