You are the hub for all the topics around staff! In your role as HR Specialist (m/w/d), you are not only responsible for onboarding and job coordination, but are driving the digitalization of the personal processes. Whether in the handling of systems such as Personio or in the implementation of HR projects – you always have an overview and help employees with advice and action.

Design Job Ads: You develop attractive job advertisements that appeal to talented candidates (m/w/d) and invite them to apply Application coordination and onboarding: You coordinate the application process, take over the onboarding of new employees (m/w/d) and ensure a smooth start Promoting digitalization: You’re consulting data in the Personalmanagement system Personio and driving the digitalization of the personal files and processes Edit employee requests: You are the first contact person for all questions of employees and ensure fast, competent solutions Supporting HR projects: You help implement HR projects, such as developing systems and providing employee information

Graduated commercial training (e.g. as a businessman for office management, industrial clerk or similar), further training for the employee clerk (m/w/d) desirable Professional experience in personnel – ideally in personnel administration, recruiting or onboarding Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with HR systems such as Personio desirable Structured, conscientious and independent working – you always keep an overview and work efficiently Joy in working with people, the design of personal processes and the digital transformation of HR topics
