You are responsible for the energy balance of electricity to MaBis in large E.ON networks. You guide your team with passion and sensuality in a hybrid working model and inspire and develop your colleagues on a professional and personal level. You create a working framework for the physical and mental well-being of your employees. You drive the digitalization of our processes with your team, recognize potentials for automation and promote the use of modern software tools. You actively engage in external influences such as customer needs and legal changes and use financial risks and image losses as part of risk management.
