Technical and organizational management of a production team with the technologies: round-clock machines and transfer systems, grinding, sliding grinding, rolling and cleaning Ensure a smooth process in production – from work preparation to quality control Working in production: You support your team operatively and stay close to the process Date, capacity and resource planning Ensuring the maintenance of plants and production equipment and the need-oriented use of all resources Further development of employees and implementation of team and feedback talks Continuous improvement of processes, workflows and standards Ensuring product quality, safety and order in responsibility

Master / Technicians (m/w/d) or comparable multiannual professional experience Comprehensive knowledge of machining, quality management and technologies Leadership and the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team Experience with Lean Management, CVP, Change Management and Entrepreneurship Quality awareness, sense of responsibility and a high demand for structured work Understanding production figures as well as process and solution-oriented thinking Joy in leading both and active in the manufacturing process
