Front Office Agent (m/f/d)

You take care of the guest correspondence and take reservations professionally and service-oriented. You welcome our guests at the check-in and agree to make them smile at the check-out – just as you would like to receive yourself. For group trips, you will keep an overview and ensure a smooth preparation and handling – from arrival to departure. During your stay you are there for our guests: you advise, inform and attend with real hospitality and an open ear. You work with the system Guestline and use it safely for reservations, bills and guest information. The independent management of your cash during the shift is of course yours. Take care of a clean workplace and keep our quality and hygiene standards always in place.

Not only does your experience count - but how you think and trade. We are looking for people with drive, team spirit and real enthusiasm for what You do. A completed vocational training in the hotel compartment – and ideally already first experiences in the hotel industry. You might even have worked with Guestline or have the willingness to work quickly and safely. You have a pronounced service and pleasure in making your stay as pleasant as possible. Your work is dedicated, reliable and characterized by a positive basic attitude. You always perform well-kept and friendly – and are a real team player. Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge complete your profile.
