Your job Varied tasks and daily contact with our participants ensure that alfa training never gets boring! You are a contact person at the site: in technical questions and problems, and thus ensure the smooth technical process of our training. Through our in-house developed video technology, you work with our nationwide administrator team every day and are supported by them. Do you want to support our team at the site? Your tasks Technical support for your team, participants and lecturers at the educational centre securing a smooth course sequence from a technical perspective, e.g. Up and down hardware and replay of images General administrative and organisational support Cross-site team work on video technology

Your profile Training in an IT-close area or strong IT interest Very good knowledge of German in word and writing First experience in support and customer contact Self-functioning, team capacity, reliability and sense of responsibility Affinity for digital, networked work
