Location: Dortmund

You take responsibility for all operational and organizational processes around our fleet – independent, binding and with a view to quality and efficiency. You control our fleet service provider and, with it, supports the service car orders and the damage management and ensure that our employees are always mobile. The return of the vehicle to the leasing provider is your responsibility – structured, cost-conscious and with a view to the best possible result. You are the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries. In addition, you are thinking about mobility processes, identifying optimization potentials, supporting our sustainability focus, in particular on job wheels, and actively promoting modern mobility solutions.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and have practical experience in fleet management, in the car house or in a leasing company and are well familiar with the entire processes – from car hire to leasing partners and workshops to damage management. You recognize typical challenges at an early stage and identify targeted optimization potentials along the processes. You work responsibly, decision-makingly and structured to draw clear lines without losing sight of the needs of internal customers. As an experienced personality, you will perform safely and professionally and communicate with employees, executives and external partners. Digital tools, MS Office – especially Excel – and drive-relevant software are familiar to you. Reliability, accuracy, discretion and sense of responsibility shape your work.
