A task that enthuses Advice: Advising HR business partners and executives on all questions of individual and collective labour law Cooperation: Confidential cooperation with the co-determination bodies Operating agreements: Own-sponsored creation and negotiation of operating agreements Restructuring: Legal support of restructuring processes and independent representation of E.ON's companies before labour and social courts Project management: Planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of labour law and in connection with co-determination issues Training: Training for managers and HR business partners on labour law issues

A background that convinces Knowledge and experience gained in collective and individual labour law, proven by relevant professional experience, preferably in an international group or an international business law firm Experience gained in cooperation with co-determination bodies, including the negotiation of collective law regulations at company and group level

Experience in the planning, management and management of projects related to labour law and co-determination issues

Higher education degree in law (full law) completed with above-average success, ideally with qualification as a specialist lawyer/factory for labour law Excellent conflict management and conciliation capabilities as well as negotiation skills and persuasiveness German and English knowledge in word and writing
