Your tasks:

• Customer consulting with expertise – you advise customers both in technical as well as in commercial terms and find the best Solutions.
• Inquiry management – you monitor and coordinate Customer requests and ensure smooth processing.
• Feasibility Checks – You analyze requested products technical feasibility and advise customers accordingly.
• Supply creation and tracking – you create tailor-made offers and stay in exchange with customers.
• Interface between departments – you coordinate the cooperation between customers, work preparation, manufacturing and Assembly.
• Installation planning – you organize and structure the Mounting inserts so that all processes work optimally.

Your profile:

• A completed commercial training with technical training Background or a comparable qualification
• Technical understanding and joy in consulting customers
