Working in the daily operation of the NetApp Storage environment Implementation of routine tasks and system checks Monitoring system reports, capacity and performance Maintenance and Administration of Volumes and Storage Services Working with ONTAP updates, patches and firmware upgrades Processing of standardized service requests in the storage environment Analysis and Processing of Storage-related Incidents (2nd Level) Maintenance of operating documentation, checklists and knowledge-based articles Ensuring backup and recovery processes Experience in handling a hybrid IT environment Ensuring and complying with compliance requirements, including BSI’s basic protection requirements and secret protection as part of system operation Willingness to participate in a readiness to call

Completed training or studies in IT or comparable qualification Experience in the administration of storage infrastructure Knowledge of NetApp ONTAP and/or Object Storage Technologies Knowledge of storage protocols (NFS, SMB/CIFS, etc.) Knowledge of monitoring and ticket systems Technical understanding of backup and recovery concepts (Snapshots, Replication) Knowledge of automation or scripting are a plus Structured operation and high operational safety Responsibility and reliability in the operating environment Customer orientation, self-initiative, team skills, and strong communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English
