Product Owner – Associations & Organizations – ERP Software Solutions (m/f/d)

In this role you take on the technical product responsibility for our solutions around associations, associations and representations of interests as well as academies and educational institutions. You will become the central contact person for an established, market-proven solution area, which we have already successfully used with numerous customers and continuously evolve. In addition, you are responsible for a number of industry-neutral functions that are used particularly strongly in these segments. You know the processes of associations, associations or academies and speak the language of our customers. You can not only understand their requirements, but also translate them into clear, implementable user stories. You keep the overall organizational overview of our solution – from the professional industry processes to the sector-neutral functions that these processes carry. Perspectively, you gradually add additional industry modules to your area of responsibility. You make sure our development team always works with a prioritized backlog and the product vision never gets out of sight. To ensure that new features offer real added value and our customers are thrilled in the long term. With your commitment you are driving the further development of our solution decisively. You take the technical product responsibility for our solutions for associations and organisations, including associations, associations and academies. In addition, you are engaged in industry-neutral functions that are used particularly intensively in these areas. Market requirements and customer needs are included, analysed and evaluated by you to actively shape the further development of our solutions. Based on these requirements, you create user stories and define suitable acceptance criteria. The care, structuring and prioritization of the Product Backlog are also within your responsibility. You plan and moderate sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and ensure a close coordination between discipline and development. In addition, and coordinates tests during and after the implementation of new functions and ensures their professional quality. The technical acceptance of new functions as well as the approval for productive use are also part of your task. Together with our technical editor, you work on an understandable and current product documentation. With your professional know-how, you support our sales in customer requests, presentations and sales questions. In addition, you test market trends, exchange with industry representatives and represent our solutions at trade fairs and congresses.

You have a successfully completed study or training in the field of computer science, economic informatics, business management or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in product responsibility or a similar role Ideally, you bring professional backgrounds from one or more of the areas associations, associations or academies and know the business processes there You keep the overall organizational overview and can arrange technical relationships across individual modules You have experience in working with agile development teams Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a good technical understanding are easy for you You have a talent to capture, prioritize complex topics and to prepare them for others in a comprehensible manner You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (min. C1), English skills are advantageous
