Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Backstuben team incl. Model function in the daily business Ensuring timely production according to recipes, quality standards and defined processes Further development of assortment and recipes: optimization of existing products and development and implementation of new ideas Promote process and structure improvements (e.g. standards, working methods, interfaces) – with a view to quality, efficiency and team flow Ensuring machine and plant availability in close coordination with technology/maintenance Continuing education and training: Initiating, motivating and sustainably developing employees and trainees Work Protection & Hygiene (HACCP) ensure, monitor and consistently anchor in the team

Complete qualification as a baker*in (or comparable) incl. Leadership Experience in Backstube/Production Very good knowledge of the production of baked goods and high quality standards You think entrepreneurial, grab and implement improvements structured Joy in back-tech challenges and in developing processes, products and team performance Safe handling of MS Office Ready for shift and weekend work
