Head of Maintenance Management (Team Leader Building Maintenance Management) (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Maintenance Management team with currently 4 employees and continuously develop their performance

Together with your team, you will ensure the long-term operational readiness and sustainable maintenance of the construction infrastructure of Messe München and will be responsible for the implementation of a professional building maintenance management

You develop holistic maintenance concepts for the systematic collection, prioritization, planning and implementation of measures in close coordination with internal interfaces and specialist departments

You ensure compliance with defined maintenance targets with regard to costs, dates and quality, manage all phases from planning to procurement and minimise risks through structured reporting and escalation management

You are responsible for identifying, requesting and monitoring budgets in accordance with economic and medium-term planning and for consistent compliance with the approved budget

You secure the proper delegation of operator duties in compliance with labour law requirements and ensure efficient property management including land accounting, contract and document management as well as the application of CAD, BIM and CAFM systems taking into account sustainability aspects

You have a completed university degree in architecture or civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing. / Master) with a focus on building management, building conservation or a comparable discipline

You bring at least 7 to 10 years of well-founded professional experience in the planning and control of complex construction measures in civil and civil engineering with

You have extensive experience in project management and the management and development of project teams and employees

You have in-depth knowledge of building management as well as relevant legal regulations, regulations and guidelines (including HOAI, VOB, BayBO, DIN) and apply these safely in practice

You are versed in handling MS Office and scheduling programs such as MS Project and ideally have additional user knowledge in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) as well as CAFM systems

You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented and management-strong way of working, have a reliable knowledge of German (C1/C2) and convince by strong communication and social competence, motivation, enforcement strength and a rapid understanding? We look forward to your application!
