Support in the creation of the rolling demand, capacity and sales plan Identification of future areas of action for capacity adjustments in the Altestadt plant Preparation of S&OP Meetings (Demand, Supply, Consensus) at the Altestadt plant Coordination of sales plan in ERP /SAP- ECC with production capacities and levelling production volumes Identify bottlenecks in the mid-term horizon Communication with internal stakeholders on site Troubleshooting for deviations or disturbances Data analysis and preparation

Business economist, technician with professional experience, commercial/technical training with logistics reference, alternatively professional experience in the S&OP environment from producing companies Experience and active design will in the area of demand and/or Supply Planning, Inventory & S&OP Process-oriented approach, affinity for IT-based tasks Good MS Office and Excel knowledge SAP knowledge desirable, currently still SAP-ECC/R3, transformation in planning Very good German language skills and good English skills Required competences: team and employee orientation, conflictability Willingness to manage competing requirements and take responsibility Loadability and flexibility Joy of ambitious challenges
