This is what awaits you as a damage expert for complex vehicle damage (m/w/d) Responsibility for damages: You take over the written and telephone processing of complex issues in motor vehicle insurance and liability insurance. Negotiating skills: You negotiate effectively with insured persons and injured persons and implement targets for active damage management. Process case processing: You process independent processes with unclear material and legal conditions and contribute to the correct tasks according to our service standards. Technical competence: You are versed in handling technical systems for damage processing and ready to take on special tasks. Regression and fraud detection: You identify regression opportunities and detect fraud.

This is what you bring with you as a damage expert for complex vehicle damage (m/w/d) Education and experience: You have a completed training to the insurance businessman or a comparable commercial training as well as experience in regulating power damage. Expertise: You have deeper knowledge in the processing of vehicle damage in force liability and power casco. Social skills: You are characterized by high social competence, team skills, conflict and organisational skills. Convinced appearance: You bring about enforcement, willingness to decide and customer-oriented thinking. Communication strength: You have strong communication skills and negotiation skills, both in writing and by phone. Technical skills: You are safe to use computer systems and know you with MS Office products.
