Team Leader (m/w/d) Finance & Controlling

General responsibility for finance and controlling Joint management of financial and accounting with five employees Advanced digitization of administrative processes Responsibility for the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and KHBV Participation in the creation of economic plans (including investment planning) Implementation of forecasts, analyses, liquidity planning, reporting and further evaluations Compilation of tax returns and supervision of audits in cooperation with the Group Tax Division Participation in the analysis and optimization of (commercial) processes

Complete study of the business economy with the focus on finance, accounting and taxes or a comparable, long-term professional activity multiannual experience in the financial and accounting of a hospital or in the audit focusing on hospitals; additional experience in group accounting is advantageous Funded hospital-specific expertise and safe handling of the HGB, KHBV and the relevant tax regulations Power of persuasion, social competence as well as an appreciation and goal-oriented leadership style Self-responsible and interdisciplinary working methods Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, ideally SAP-Hana knowledge A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of our institution
