For more complex topics, you act proactively as an interface to the responsible internal specialist departments

You are the first contact person for our customers (laws, notaries, companies) in the daily business

You process self-recurring tasks such as order receipt and confirmation, database care, accounting and control, customer complaints, etc.

You have completed commercial, technical, legal or comparable vocational training

You already bring professional experience in customer support / customer success or in order management - ideally in a software company

You have a high quality standard for your own performance and the experience of your customers, are flexible and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment

With your service-oriented and friendly professional way, you - even for demanding customers - are an estimated and sovereign contact person

You have well-founded MS Office knowledge, ideally also in Salesforce or other CRM systems
