Analysis, preparation and monitoring of cost estimates and calculations Creation of bills and forecasts as well as the determination of fees according to HOAI guidelines Development and application of digital tools for determining costs Preparation of presentations, budget overviews and detailed cost reports Working in exciting projects with close practical reference to building technology

Studies in Energy and Building Technology (HLSK/ELT), Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on building technology or comparable degree programmes with at least four completed semesters Interest and enthusiasm for cost determination and good understanding of building technology Knowledge of basics and processes as well as experience in building technology Safe handling of MS Office products as well as beneficial experiences in the use of cost management tools or data analysis Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least B2 level) High motivation, self-initiative and a strong ability to work structured and analytically
