As a responsible contact person, you enter our compliance management system and make your contribution to the implementation of the requirements and the ongoing development in a dynamic market environment. You are responsible for all questions about our compliance priorities (such as anti-woman, anti-corruption, waste/environment, etc.) and also take legal advice in coordination with colleagues from the field of law and compliance. You ensure compliance and implementation of all relevant legal requirements, such as the EUDR, CSDDD, etc. With regard to the LkSG, you coordinate the annual risk analyses and control our risk management. You support the implementation of internal and external risk analyses and the implementation of these derived risk mitigation measures. In case of references to violations of compliance, you are part of internal investigations and assists in the investigation. You take the creation and presentation of regular reports on compliance status to our management and other internal contacts. The development, implementation and training of internal guidelines and processes in compliance is also within your area of responsibility.

You could acquire your technical expertise as part of a completed study, ideally as a full lawyer (m/w/d) with two state exams and already have first professional experience. Your organizational and communication talent as well as your strong understanding of economic relationships make it easy for you to structure and advance projects in a targeted manner.
