In the Reliability department, we ensure at all stages of product development that all our systems at the end customer in 24/7 operation retain the highest precision required for many years. We are an interdisciplinary team of scientists:inside and engineer:in different disciplines. The “Process Assurance” group is responsible for the protection and processing and complex machines (e.g. equipment) incl. its technical reliability and represents project manager for post-development and security projects.

They guide the team from specialist experts and project managers in a disciplined and professional manner and give a voice to the topic in the development organization.

They drive the technical risk management methodically and according to requirements in the development organization, strengthen the team competence in the area of RAMS, identify the required areas of competence in the future and build them up.

They actively shape the tasks of the group and define the overarching interfaces to other disciplines, projects to customers and suppliers.

They promote the skills of your team members through appropriate work tasks and effective coaching to develop them in their challenging roles.

They actively engage in the leadership team of the department, shape the joint work and drive cross-departmental strategic developments.

You actively expand and use your network of internal and external partners to advance processes efficiently.

You have completed a scientific or technical study very successfully, ideally with a doctorate.

They bring knowledge of the reliability of complex systems, process stability, service, risk management and statistical methods.

They ideally have experience in project management of complex development projects.

You have great experience in developing complex products in interdisciplinary environments and have ideally proven your ability internationally

They have strong leadership skills, proven by experience in (lateral) management and leadership of their own teams and/or projects

They are inspiring to motivate employees, to use them effectively and to develop them in a targeted manner and form powerful teams

They are enforceable, responsive and show a high self-initiative working style

They are characterized by secure, address-oriented communication in German and English
