Support in the operating daily business of our HR experts Participation in applicant management and recruiting process Accompanying on-boarding and off-boarding processes and employee support Compilation of certificates, documents and certificates Maintenance of personal master files and storage systems Working on projects such as the introduction of new HR software

Studies in the field of personnel, BWL, psychology, law or comparable Secure handling of MS Office (in particular Outlook, Word, Excel) At least in the 5th semester and at least 14 hours per week Good knowledge of English and the joy of communication Self-organization, reliability and discretion Team spirit, motivation and fun at HR topics
