Strategic planning: Development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns Online and Offline to support the sales team, especially in the B2B area of the automation industry Content creation: Creation and coordination of target group-oriented content (e.g. for websites, social media, newsletter, whitepaper) in cooperation with internal experts and agencies Event Management: Support for the planning and implementation of trade fairs, customer events and workshops Lead Generation: Development and Implementation of Measures to Generate and Qualify Leads, e.g. through Online Marketing and Digital Campaigns Market analysis: Conducting market and competition analyses and identifying trends to optimize marketing strategy CRM and Reporting: Reporting of evaluations and key figures on the success of the implemented measures Collaboration: Close cooperation with internal departments such as sales, product management and corporate marketing as well as external partners

Successfully completed studies in marketing, media, communication and at least. 4 years of relevant professional experience in the B2B sector Experience in electrical automation technology of advantage Precise, responsible and independent operation High service and customer orientation and hands-on mentality Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media, content marketing and SEO Analytical skills for evaluating data and deriving action recommendations Safe handling of popular marketing tools including Canva, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Text security and pronounced oral and written communication skills in German and English
