In our International Corporate Tax Advisory teams in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Essen, Frankfurt/Main, Hannover, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Nuremberg or Stuttgart, we advise our clients on tax issues with an international context. Your tasks concern the following priorities:
International Tax Advisory Tax support and advice from international corporations and group of companies from Germany (Outbound) and abroad (Inbound) Participation in tax structures and transactions Consultation and solution of tax issues in the field of international tax law such as Pillar 2 / DAC 6 / DBA / Betriebsstätten / AStG / Internationale Conversionen, etc. Accompanying tax disputes such as audits, complaints and understanding procedures Processing of exemption and refund procedures at the Federal Central Office for Taxes
