Tenant Construction Coordinator

At the next possible time, we are looking for you as a tenant building coordinator:in (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Dresden site. Your tasks:

You advise internal and external customers: in the case of rentrum construction projects in our station buildings, primarily in the Dresden area commissioning of planning services as well as supervision of preliminary examinations and monitoring of construction meetings and tenant discussions You coordinate tenants and other stakeholders in development projects in planning and implementation and ensure a smooth project execution Ensuring compliance with applicable DB rules, processes and regulations throughout the project You take over the contractor's representation for tenants and agree on future measures closely with the rental Control and monitoring of the performance of internal and external service providers as well as the initiation of counter-control measures as needed The dates, costs and quality you keep in mind and ensure compliance with all project-related requirements

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies, e.g. civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in the handling of construction projects as well as in the control of external planning offices, exporting companies and construction monitoring You are strong in communication, structured and keep an overview even in stressful situations Self-employed, solution-oriented working and safe handling of IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project You are responsible for complex projects from A to Z and convince in negotiations through a balanced mix of compromise and enforcement strength A structured, solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility completes your profile
