Senior IT Administrator (m/f/d)

Management and strategic development of the IT administration area and responsibility for the smooth operation of the entire IT infrastructure. Operation, administration and maintenance of our hybrid system landscapes: focusing on Microsoft Azure Cloud services incl. Azure Virtual Desktop, Local Windows Server (Active Directory, MSSQL, RDS) and Classic Hosting Environments Ensuring high availability, data protection, backups and recovery. Virtualization and Container Management (Hyper-V, AKS/Kubernetes, Helm-Charts) Network Administration (Switches, Router, VPN) Troubleshooting, monitoring and performance optimization of all systems as well as the use of infrastructure-as-code approaches (terraform of advantage). Documentation and quality assurance of all system configurations, changes and processes Design of the AI-readiness of our company (total concept with strategic orientation of our data architecture, evaluation of suitable AI tools and implementation of training concepts for the team)

Complete study in the IT field or comparable training as well as several years of experience in IT administration with leadership responsibility. Embossed practical experience with cloud platforms, in particular Microsoft Azure, as well as at least basic knowledge in Kubernetes (AKS) and helmet charts. Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, MSSQL, RDS) and virtualization solutions (Hyper-V). Funded understanding of network technologies (VPN, switching, routing) and ideally knowledge of infrastructure as code (terraform). Self-contained, structured and resilient operation with high problem-solving competence. Impressed communication and leadership skills and willingness to learn and introduce new technologies.
