Assessment of interventions in nature and landscape in the framework of administrative burial procedures (e.g. construction permit procedures, water-law approvals, accident-law approvals, anti-mission approvals, road construction measures, industrial cleaning measures, initial reforestation, mining projects, railway construction measures) Opinions on land use, construction, landscape or green planning Assessment, consultation and opinion on compensatory areas and eco- accounts FFH compatibility assessments and audits Completion of statutory provisions Monitoring and supervision of protected areas, participation in their expulsion Planning and implementation of care and development measures as well as species aid programmes technical assessment and control of applications for funding Coordination of volunteer and secondary officers (including hornets, beavers) Advising communities, associations and citizens active in nature conservation on issues of nature conservation Exchange with recognised nature conservation associations and public relations
Requirements profile: Successful degree (or Bachelor) of the field of landscape architecture/landscape planning or cf. Degree course Good knowledge of fauna and flora Experience in the assessment of the effects of intervention projects in the field of nature protection is advantageous Self-responsible and independent work, willingness to take responsibility, resilience, team capacity, good communication skills in word and writing, convincing appearance, negotiation skills and organizational talent Very good knowledge in dealing with common computer programs GIS knowledge is advantageous Unrestricted suitability for off-road services Class B valid driving permit
