Architecture: You keep an overview of the complex Workforce Management architecture, recognise risks and dependencies, and make informed decisions to ensure a stable and future-proof system landscape.

Design: You define clear framework conditions for architecture and design, making them an orientation for development and implementation. You act as a central link between business and IT.

Innovation & Standardization: You actively promote innovations by using innovations from Azure, SAP BTP and mobile clients to create technical and professional added value.

Teamwork & Communication: In mixed BizDevOps teams, you are working closely with expert experts from the outset:inside and developer. As Lead-Architect:in you take over the professional leadership of the architecture team. You always have the goal of finding optimal solutions together and promoting the use of agile methods.

Security & Compliance: You ensure that all solutions meet the highest security, privacy and compliance standards and that our platform and customer data are protected.

Qualification: A completed study in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable relevant qualification in IT.

Architecture and technology expertise: proven multi-year experience in the planning, development and scaling of complex IT landscapes with different application depths as well as higher-level architectural responsibility. Wide technological and conceptual know-how in the cloud environment (Azure, SAP BTP, SaaS integration) and in application integration (interfaces, contracts). Knowledge of mobile development (Android, iOS) is desirable.

Leadership and control competence: Multiannual experience in the professional management of internal architecture teams as well as in the control of external service providers and the integration of externally provided components.

Communication: You have knowledge of German and very good English (minimum B2 level) and work with international teams. It is easy for you to prepare and present content based on target groups, both for management and development teams.

Analytical thinking: Embossed analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems. You are able to see both the big whole and deepen yourself into the details to develop innovative solutions.
