Study background: You are in the advanced bachelor's or master's degree programme of an economic or sustainable course of study (e.g. sustainability, economic or environmental sciences, material sciences, process engineering) – ideally you have had first points of contact with the topic Circular Economy, Cradle to Cradle, circulatory economy, raw material cultivation, supply chains, ecological footprint and performance measurement of sustainability. Special interests & practical experience: You have a high self-motivation to deal with sustainability and transformation and have proved it ideally through practical experience (e.g. through internships or help-out jobs at start-ups or larger companies). Ideally, you are particularly interested in the topic of circular economy and transformation at company level. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English. Methodological & personal skills: You work independently and confidently, think analytically, have a well-established communication style and desire to understand things and ask questions. You are team-ready and cooperative and can quickly work into new topics. IT know-how: You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
